Exchanges & returns

If an item does not meet your expectations, you can exchange or return it. 

Conditions

  • You may exchange or return an item within 14 days after receipt.
  • The items must be in original condition (unworn) and are to be packed in the original shoebox, to be returned packed in original or equivalent outer packaging (packaging around the shoebox).
  • The standard removable insoles (1 pair in the boots + 1 set separately) must be packed in the shoebox and put back in the boots.
  • When you return an item, the amount to be paid will refunded as soon as possible after receipt of the returned item, no longer than 14 days later.

What to do with Exchanges?

  • When you return an item, the amount to be paid will refunded as soon as possible after receipt of the returned item, no longer than 10 days later.
  • If you want to exchange an item, tick the box "I would like to exchange." Fill in the details of the item you want to order in exchange.
  • Upon receipt of the returned item, the new order (provided the price is the same), will be sent to you immediately.
  • Should you have to make an additional payment because, for example, you have chosen another model, which has a higher price, an email will be sent to you and the boots will be shipped to you upon receipt of the remaining payment.

What to do with Returns?

  • Follow the form enclosed in the box, fill in your personal details, including details of the item to be returned.
  • If you want to return the item, tick the box "I want to return" fill in your bank details.
  • The amount to be paid will be refunded as soon as possible after receipt of the returned item, no longer than 14 days later.

Packing

  • Pack the item according to our above conditions in a shoebox, do not close the box yet.
  • Put the completed Return & Exchange form into your box and close it.
  • Attach the DPD label on the outer packaging of your parcel.

Deliver package

  • Drop your package off at your nearest DPD parcel/pickup shop and ask a proof of posting.

The transport risk is borne by you the customer, you should ask DPD receipt/proof of posting so that the package can be tracked. You may wish to purchase insurance for the item.

Received damaged or wrong article?

Damaged
  • If you receive a damaged pair of boots, you can follow the procedure for Faulty Exchanges and we'll send you a new pair as soon as we have received the damaged item. We ask you to note on the Faulty Return & Exchange form where the damage is located. Also, it is useful for us to be informed whether the outer packaging was intact or damaged when you received it.
Wrong article
  • Should the unexpected happen and you have received the wrong item, you can follow the Exchange procedure and we'll send you a new pair as quickly as possible.

Print Return & Exchange form

The Return & Exchange Form is included in each package, if you do not have it in your possession, you can print the form here. If you have no address label as per the original form, then you should take the printed return address off the right corner, and write it by hand on the package to be returned.
